I strive to create experiences that are a mere reflection of us. As if they have known us all along and evolve with us through the twists and turns of life. Currently, I’m a Senior XD Director at Code and Theory where we create seamless products for Fortune 500 brands. Prior to that, I was spearheading the Design teams for R/GA & Huge across North America and Asia. My expertise spans from cross-platform experiences to strategy, experience design, creative direction and innovation. Most recently I’m creating AI-powered experiences and exploring future of e-commerce and sensorial branding in retail. Outside of work, I’m cultivating a dependency on orchids, dark chocolate and yoga.

PROCESS
DISCOVER
During discovery business goals and user needs collide and cohere. In this phase we become method actors; We live, breathe and think like our audience. We pose tough questions to define and clarify the project objectives. We are researchers, scientists, strategists and insatiably curious as we define the experience blueprint and assign success for each touchpoint and milestone.
DESIGN
Armed with insights and UX compass we begin to exercise the arts and science of design. This is where an amalgamation of our strategy and vision, inspire blueprints. You can expect to see paper sketches flying across the room, and collaborative chatter dancing up and down the walls. We embrace the fail fast motto and test our assumptions to expose gaps and pain points. Armed with insights we iterate to arrive at the ideal experience.
DEVELOP
Just before we release our vision to the world, we obsess over every pixel, transition and animation. We look into how fluid the experience is and how fast it loads. We think about the context and when, where and how they are experiencing our product. We ensure every journey is seamless and thoughtful of the wide array of audience.
DEPLOY
After all the pixel dust has settled and the product is live it’s time to kick back and watch our work in the wild. This by no means marks the end, but rather the beginning of an insightful journey into learnings and data. What we learn, will inform the evolution of our product and future experiences.
